MY ACIM JOURNEY TOOK A DARK TURN - CAN SOMEONE HELP?!

I've been studying A Course in Miracles for several months, and I thought it was truly helping me. {But lately, things have taken a scary turn. My dreams are filled with disturbing imagery. My thoughts are constantly racing and I feel like I'm spiraling out of control. Has anyone else felt this way during their ACIM journey? I need help, please!
